Check out this list of all the various food cravings, and what the cravings actual mean. Our bodies are always talking to us, we just have to figure out how to listen. Hope this helps.

Sweets Chromium Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, calves liver, chicken
Carbon Fresh fruits
